Upcoming version. Applies to new members from Nov 5, 2026 and to all existing members from Nov 12, 2026. Until then, the current Privacy Policy remains in effect.
PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: November 5, 2026
Effective date: This Privacy Policy applies now to accounts created on or after November 5, 2026, and is accepted at checkout. For members who joined before November 5, 2026, it takes effect on November 12, 2026. Until then, the privacy policy that already applies to you continues to apply. This update replaces the update we announced on October 9, 2026, so for members who joined before October 8, 2026, that October version will not separately take effect.
Operator: UTelX is operated by Allen Bracken Cherry, an individual doing business as “UTelX” and “U Tel X” (“UTelX,” “we,” “us,” “our”), 1701 E Arroyo Seco, Cottonwood, Arizona 86326, USA.
This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. Our Terms and Conditions of Use (https://www.utelx.online/terms) (the “Terms”) also apply.
Sites. https://www.utelx.online (main) and https://www.utelx.net, plus related pages, checkout, membership areas, apps, and services (the “Service”). The Service includes Watch, Messages, Public Square, the Forum, Grok Bot, One Brain, notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, published APIs, and other UTelX features that link to this Policy. “Content” means information, text, links, graphics, photos, audio, videos, messages, files, or other materials that you or others upload, download, or generate, or that appear on the Service. This Policy also applies if you use the Service on a device or account you are allowed to use.
UTelX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, X Corp., xAI, or Google. Those names are used only to describe features we offer or services we connect to.
1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
UTelX is the controller of personal data collected through the Service, except where a vendor (for example Kajabi, Stripe, or another payment processor) acts as an independent controller for its own billing or fraud systems. Other vendors named in this Policy usually act as processors for us. They handle data on our instructions to run hosting, email, video, analytics, or AI features. Their own notices still apply when they decide how to use data for their independent purposes (for example, card-network fraud checks). If we form a company to operate the Service, that company will become responsible for your data and we will update this Policy.
Contact: [email protected]. Mailing address: 1701 E Arroyo Seco, Cottonwood, Arizona 86326, USA.
2. WHAT WE COLLECT
What we actually have about you depends on how you use Watch, Messages, Public Square, the Forum, Grok Bot, One Brain, the free trial, checkout, and support.
2.1 What you give us
Name, email address, and sign-in details. You sign in with an emailed sign-in link or with GitHub. We do not use passwords.
Billing name, country, and payment-related details. To start a free trial or a paid plan you give a payment card at Kajabi checkout. Card data is handled by Kajabi and its payment provider (and by Stripe for credit packs), and we do not store full card numbers.
Trial and plan details: the plan you chose (Founder Monthly or Founder Yearly), your trial start and end dates, your renewal and cancellation status, and your agreement at checkout to the service agreement, including the automatic-renewal terms shown next to the checkbox (and the time you gave it).
Account profile information: display name, username or handle, photos, cover photo, bio, website link, and settings, including notification and privacy preferences.
Content you post: videos, messages, comments, posts, files, and thumbnails.
Your confirmation that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), and other eligibility confirmations.
A phone number or extra contact details, only if you choose to add them.
Support emails and form messages; reports, blocks, mutes, and feedback about the Service or other members.
2.2 Collected automatically
IP address, device type, browser, language, and time zone; operating system, browser version, app version, and similar technical details.
Approximate location inferred from your IP address, including approximate country for tax and fraud checks. We do not need precise GPS to run the Service. If a later feature lets you share a more precise place, we will collect it only if you choose to share it.
Log data when you view or use the Service, including when you are signed out: pages or screens visited, links clicked, referring page, timestamps, and crash or error reports.
How you use Watch, Messages, Public Square, and other member areas: searches you run, plays, likes or other reactions, replies, follows, bookmarks, shares, and lists you create.
Session and cookie IDs and similar technologies, as described in Section 8.
Usage metering: counts of metered actions (for example minutes of video stored and watched, Grok Bot chats, One Brain briefings, X imports, and emails sent), the time of each, your current allowance (including the smaller free-trial allowance) and credit balance, and alert history, including the usage alert emails we send when you reach 80% and 100% of an allowance. We use these to run the usage meter, apply your allowance and credits, and send usage alerts.
One-trial checks: to allow only one free trial per person, we check the email address used at checkout against earlier trials after checkout (for example, by a “trial received” tag on your contact record in Kajabi). We do not use your card or device for this check.
2.3 From others
Kajabi (accounts, sign-up, free trials, plan and renewal status, cancellations, purchases, emails, and membership access).
Resend (transactional email, such as @mention notices and other engagement email you opt in to).
Payment processors: Kajabi and its payment providers for memberships, and Stripe for credit packs bought on https://www.utelx.online (payment success or failure, amount, last four digits, card brand, and chargebacks).
If you sign in with GitHub, GitHub may send us your name, email, and account ID. We do not offer sign-in with Google, X, Apple, or other providers.
If you connect YouTube, X, or TikTok from Import, that service sends the account and video or post details described in Section 2.6. These connections are used only to import content, not to sign in to UTelX.
Other members, for example when they mention or tag you, send you a message, reply to you, follow you, or report Content.
Analytics or advertising tools, if we enable them, and publicly available information we may use for safety, for fraud prevention, or to operate a feature you asked for.
2.4 Grok Bot and One Brain
If you use Grok Bot, we collect the text and files you submit and the reply, plus technical logs needed to run and bill the feature (time, feature used, errors, and credits used).
One Brain. One Brain is an optional feature of Grok Bot and is off until you turn it on. When it is on, we keep a private memory for you. It can include facts and preferences you tell it, things Grok Bot remembers from your chats with it, topics you care about, summaries, and Content you have saved or seen across the Feed, Watch, and your imports. Your private Messages are included only if you separately opt in, and then only the messages you wrote yourself are processed by Grok Bot and sent to our AI provider, xAI, to provide the feature. Messages written by other people are not included in your One Brain. One Brain never posts, comments, or sends anything for you unless you press the button to do so. You can see what One Brain has stored about you, turn it off, and delete it at any time in Settings.
2.5 Categories of personal data
Identifiers: name, handle, email, account ID, IP address, and cookie or device IDs.
Commercial information: membership plan, free trial, checkout, renewals, cancellations, credit pack purchases, and your credit balance and usage history.
Internet or electronic activity: logs, usage, and interactions with Content.
Approximate geolocation: from your IP address, not precise GPS by default.
Audio, visual, or similar information you upload: photos, videos, voice, and files.
Message content, if you use Messages, and One Brain memory, if you turn One Brain on.
Inferences we may draw for security, abuse prevention, or to operate and improve the Service (for example likely country, likely duplicate or abusive accounts, or a repeat free trial).
We do not ask you for government ID, biometric templates, or health records to use the basic Service. Do not submit that kind of data in Grok Bot, Messages, or Public Square.
2.6 YouTube, X, and TikTok
Import is optional. You choose the account and which items to save. YouTube, X, and TikTok connections are used only to import content. You cannot sign in to UTelX with them. We use each platform’s official sign-in and developer tools. We do not post, comment, like, follow, or message on YouTube, X, or TikTok for you. We do not download or re-host those video files. Playback uses the other service’s player, with a label and a link back to the original.
YouTube (Google). Import my YouTube uses a Google sign-in with view-only access to the YouTube channel you choose. We keep the video ID, title, description, and thumbnail address, and we play the video in YouTube’s embed player. We do not keep a Google token. UTelX uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and Google’s Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy) applies to the data Google handles. You can revoke UTelX’s access to your YouTube data at any time through the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions) as well as by choosing Disconnect on the Import page. UTelX’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including its Limited Use requirements.
X. Import my X posts uses an X sign-in with read access to the posts on the account you choose. We keep the post text, date, and a link back to X. We do not keep an X token, and we do not post to X. X’s terms and privacy notice apply to its sign-in.
TikTok. Import my TikTok uses TikTok Login Kit. We ask only for your basic profile (display name and profile photo, scope user.info.basic) and the list of your public videos (scope video.list). We show that name and photo so you can confirm the account, then you check which videos to save. For each saved video we keep the TikTok video ID, the share link, the title or caption, the cover image address, the length, and the time TikTok says it was posted. Videos play in TikTok’s embed player on UTelX. Cover image addresses from TikTok expire. If a cover does not load, we show a simple placeholder or ask TikTok’s public oEmbed service for a fresh cover for that view. We do not keep your TikTok access token after the list is loaded. If TikTok also sends a refresh token, we revoke it and do not store it. You can also remove UTelX in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services. TikTok’s own privacy policy applies to the sign-in and to the embed player.
Disconnecting and deleting. Disconnect on the Import page clears the unsaved list for any of the three services. To delete videos or posts already saved on UTelX, delete them from Watch or the Feed, or email [email protected] and ask us to delete that data. Pasting a single YouTube or TikTok link does not sign you in to that service. We ask that service’s public oEmbed endpoint for a title and a cover, then play the video in that service’s embed player.
3. HOW WE USE DATA
We use personal data to:
Create and run your account and membership.
Process payments, renewals, taxes, and chargebacks.
Run free trials: show you the trial and automatic-renewal terms at checkout, charge the plan you chose on day 8 unless you cancel, may send a reminder before your trial ends, and detect a repeat trial by email address after checkout so we can cancel or refuse it.
Meet automatic-renewal rules: record your agreement at checkout, send the sign-up confirmation email, send the reminder 15 to 30 days before each yearly renewal, and process online cancellations and confirm them by email.
Measure your use of metered features, apply your monthly allowance and credits, show your usage meter, pause features at your limit, and send usage alerts at 80% and 100%.
Deliver Watch, Messages, Public Square, the Forum, Grok Bot, and One Brain, and operate, personalize, and help you discover Content through search, notifications, and recommendations.
Send transactional email (receipts, login, security, usage alerts, @mention notices you have not muted, and other engagement email you opt in to).
Send marketing email only if you opt in or the law allows. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Authenticate you, keep the Service secure, moderate Content, stop spam, fraud, and abuse, and investigate suspected violations of the Terms.
Provide customer support.
Measure, analyze, test, troubleshoot, and research how the Service is used so we can fix bugs and improve it.
Create de-identified or aggregated information that is no longer personal data, and use it to improve the Service.
Comply with law and enforce the Terms.
Legal bases (where GDPR or UK GDPR applies): contract (your membership), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, and limited analytics), consent (marketing cookies, and optional AI features such as One Brain where required), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, and lawful requests).
4. PAYMENTS, KAJABI, AND STRIPE
Sign-up, free trials, membership payments, renewals, and membership cancellations run on Kajabi and its payment partners (for example Stripe or Kajabi Payments). When you start a free trial, Kajabi and its payment partner keep the payment card you give and charge it on day 8 unless you cancel, and at each renewal. Those companies process your email and account, the plan you chose, trial dates, purchase history, payment tokens and billing status, transaction times, renewal or auto-renew status, amounts paid, cancellations, and chargeback or tax data needed to complete checkout. Kajabi tells us your plan, trial, and renewal status so we can open the right features and allowance in the app. Their privacy policies also apply when you check out. We do not store full credit-card numbers on UTelX servers.
Credit packs are sold only on https://www.utelx.online and are processed by Stripe. They are not sold during the free trial. Stripe receives your email, the purchase amount, and your payment details, and tells us whether the payment succeeded so we can add credits. Stripe’s privacy policy applies. We do not keep a saved card for automatic top-ups, and we never charge you automatically for usage.
5. AI: GROK BOT AND ONE BRAIN
Grok Bot and One Brain are optional. When you use them, your prompt, files, and One Brain content are sent to our AI provider, xAI, so a reply can be generated. Do not put secrets, card numbers, health data, or other people’s private data into Grok Bot. xAI processes this data under our commercial agreement with it and, depending on those terms, for safety and abuse monitoring.
AI training and retention. We do not use your Content, your Grok Bot prompts, or Grok Bot's responses to train AI models. We send them to xAI through its business API. Under xAI's business terms that apply to our account, xAI does not use them to train its models. xAI may keep prompts and responses for up to 30 days so it can check for abuse or misuse, and may keep them longer if the law requires it or if they are flagged for safety or abuse review. xAI then deletes them. A limited number of xAI staff may review flagged data for security or misuse. What we keep on our side, such as your Grok Bot chat history and One Brain memory, is described in the retention section of this Policy, and you can delete it in Settings.
We do not sell your chats. We keep your Grok Bot chat history on our own systems for support, abuse review, billing disputes, and quality, and it is deleted automatically after 30 days. This is our own retention of your chat history and is separate from the time xAI may keep prompts and responses, described above. We may use de-identified or aggregated usage information (such as counts and error rates) to improve the Service. You can view and delete your One Brain memory at any time in Settings. One Brain memory is a per-member store. It is not a copy of Public Square, Watch transcripts, or anyone else’s Messages.
AI output can be wrong, and it is not professional advice. You are responsible for what you submit and for how you use the output.
6. PUBLIC AND MEMBER CONTENT
6.1 Public Square, the Forum, Watch, profiles, and search
UTelX is a membership social platform. Posts in Public Square are public by default, and anyone, including people who are not UTelX members and people using search engines, may be able to view, copy, share, and archive them. Forum posts and public profiles may also be visible to other members or to anyone on the internet, depending on the settings then in force. If you post on Public Square or in the Forum, upload or comment on Watch, or keep a public profile, you are directing us to show that Content as widely as the feature allows. Uploaded video in Watch can be played by the public and by signed-in members, so anyone may be able to view it.
Public profile information can include your display name, handle, photos, bio, website link, and a coarse last-seen or online signal (Active now, within 1h, within 1d, or longer), not an exact clock. You can hide that signal in Settings → Privacy (Show when I’m active). Interactions that a feature treats as public, for example replies, follows, or reactions on Public Square or in the Forum, may also be visible to others.
Public Content may be searchable on the Service and may be indexed or copied by internet search engines, archives, or other third parties we do not control. If you later delete or change a public post, copies can remain on other members’ devices, in caches or backups, or on third-party services under their own policies. Do not post personal data about others without a lawful reason. We may feature public Content in the app or in our marketing, as described in the Terms.
6.2 Messages and group chats
Messages are delivered to the people in that chat or channel. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted, which means they are stored on our systems and our vendors’ systems in a form we are technically able to access. We do not read Messages as a matter of routine. We may access them only when needed to investigate a report or detect abuse, to enforce the Terms, to maintain the security of the Service, or when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
Messages are not a promise of secrecy. Recipients can copy, screenshot, forward, or re-post what you send. If a recipient uses another device, backup, or third-party tool, your message may be stored there too. If a recipient turns on Messages in One Brain, only the messages that recipient wrote are included, not yours (see Section 2.4). Do not treat Messages as end-to-end encrypted unless we clearly say a specific feature is.
6.3 Video
Video you upload may be processed (transcoded, stored, and streamed) by hosting and video vendors.
7. WHEN WE SHARE DATA
We share data with:
Vendors who help us run the Service: Kajabi, hosting, email (including Resend), content delivery, video, analytics, customer support, and our AI provider, xAI.
Payment and fraud providers, including Stripe.
Professional advisers (such as an accountant or lawyer) under confidentiality.
Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the Service.
People you choose, for example other members who can see Content you post or Messages you send, or a third-party app you connect.
A buyer or successor if UTelX is sold, merged, reorganized, or transfers assets (including in bankruptcy). Your data would transfer with the business, and this Policy would continue to apply unless a successor posts a new one. We will post notice of the change on the Service, as the Terms provide.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not rent your email list. Processors who run the Service for us may use personal data only to provide their service to us, except where they act as an independent controller as described in Section 1. Vendors may be in the United States or other countries. If you are in the EEA or UK, transfers rely on lawful transfer tools (for example standard contractual clauses) where required.
We may preserve, use, or disclose personal data when we reasonably believe it is needed to: comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or government request; protect the safety of any person; protect the safety or integrity of the Service, including to help prevent spam, abuse, or malicious use; explain why we removed Content or an account; address fraud, security, or technical issues; or protect the rights or property of UTelX, members, or others who use the Service.
8. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We and our vendors use cookies, pixels, software development kits, and local or session storage to keep you logged in, remember checkout and site settings, measure traffic, prevent fraud, and understand referrals (which page or campaign sent you here) and whether essential features loaded. Some are essential to keep you signed in and to complete Kajabi checkout. Others are optional analytics or, if we later enable them, advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the Site may not work fully without essential cookies. If we use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies in the EEA or UK, we will ask for consent where the law requires it. See Section 13 for Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
9. HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA
Account and billing records: for the life of the account plus the period we must keep invoices and tax records (often 7 years).
Usage and credit records (meter counts, credit ledger, and pack purchases): for the life of the account plus the period we must keep billing and tax records, so we can answer billing questions and chargebacks. If your membership lapses, we keep these records for at least six (6) months after your paid period ends, so your unused credits can return if you rejoin (Terms Section 6).
Trial and automatic-renewal records (your consent to automatic renewal, sign-up confirmation, reminders sent, and cancellations): for at least 3 years, or 1 year after your plan ends, whichever is longer, so we can show that the law’s consent and notice rules were followed.
One-trial check records (email address and the trial tag): for as long as your contact record exists in Kajabi, so we can allow only one free trial per person.
Content you post: until you delete it or the account is closed. After you delete Content or close your account, we stop displaying it and delete or de-identify it within a reasonable time, except where we must keep it for legal reasons, security, or backups that are overwritten on a routine schedule.
Content from a cancelled free trial: stays up for 30 days after the trial ends, then deleted unless you join a paid plan.
Video stored beyond the free library: if we archive it under Section 4.6(i) of the Terms, it is hidden from playback but not deleted. We will email you at least 14 days before archiving and give you a chance to download your videos first, and we will not delete archived videos for at least 30 days after archiving.
One Brain memory: until you delete it, turn One Brain off and clear it, or the account is closed.
Grok Bot chat history (kept by us): deleted automatically after 30 days. This is separate from the time xAI may keep prompts and responses, described in Section 5.
Support tickets: typically up to 2 to 3 years.
Membership access logs: as long as needed to run and secure the Service.
Device, log, cookie, and similar technical data: as long as needed to operate, secure, and measure the Service, then deleted or anonymized.
Marketing unsubscribe records: as long as needed to honor the opt-out.
Deactivated accounts: when you deactivate (if that control is available), the account is hidden from new follows, people search, and new messages as described in product settings. Content may stay with a deactivated label. You may have a limited window (currently 30 days) to reactivate. Deactivation is not a hard delete. To ask us to delete data, email [email protected].
After termination: for 30 days after your agreement with us ends (other than termination for serious violations), you may export your Content where our export tools allow.
Safety and enforcement: if an account is suspended for abuse, we may keep identifiers (such as email or account ID) longer to help stop repeat violations.
When we no longer need data, we delete or irreversibly anonymize it. We may keep information longer when needed to comply with law, a preservation request, or a legal claim, or to investigate abuse. Public Content can still exist elsewhere after it is removed from UTelX, as described in Section 6.1.
10. SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, access controls, and vendor security. No method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hardware failure, or third-party misuse will never occur. You are responsible for protecting the email account and, if you use it, the GitHub account you sign in with, and the devices you use to sign in. If you think your account was accessed without permission, secure your email or GitHub account and email [email protected]. To report a security vulnerability, email [email protected].
11. CHILDREN
The Service is for adults who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live) and is not directed to children. You confirm that you meet this requirement when you create an account. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the Service or knowingly collect their data. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend or close it and delete the associated information, except information we must keep for law or safety. If you believe a minor is using the Service, contact us at [email protected] or [email protected].
12. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Access a copy of your data, and the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data. You can also correct some profile information in your account settings.
Delete data (subject to legal keep-periods and backup cycles).
Export a portable copy of your data.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Withdraw consent (for example, for marketing).
Opt out of “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising, if we engage in those activities.
Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
To use these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify that it is you. An authorized agent may email us on your behalf, and we may ask for proof of authority and still need to verify the request. We may decline a request if we cannot verify you, if the law allows us to refuse, or if we must keep the data (for example invoices or an active abuse investigation). We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right the law gives you.
California and similar US state laws. We do not currently sell or share personal information for targeted advertising as those terms are commonly defined. If that changes, we will update this Policy and describe how to opt out. If a law requires us to give more detail than this Policy provides, we will do so when we respond to a verified request or when we update this Policy.
Closing your account does not by itself create a refund. See Section 5 of the Terms. Marketing: you can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by emailing [email protected]. You may still receive transactional email (receipts, security, membership access, usage alerts, and @mention notices you have not muted). Cookie choices are in Sections 8 and 13.
13. DO NOT TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL
The Site does not respond to every browser “Do Not Track” signal. Use cookie controls and your account settings instead. Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where a law requires us to treat GPC as an opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising, we will honor that signal for the browser that sent it, to the extent we actually engage in that activity. Today we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising as those terms are commonly defined.
14. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
The Service is operated from the United States. If you use it from another country, your data may be processed in the United States and in other places where our vendors are located. Those countries may not have the same data-protection laws as your home country. Where required (for example for the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), we rely on lawful transfer tools such as standard contractual clauses and the vendor’s other approved mechanisms, as noted in Section 7. Courts, law enforcement, or regulators in those countries may be able to access data held there. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed in those places as described here.
15. CHANGES
We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will email you at the address on your account at least 30 days before they take effect, and also post notice on the Sites and in the app. Other changes take effect when posted. The version with the newest “Last updated” date on the Service is the current version. We will not use personal data we already hold in a materially different way without notice and, where the law requires it, your consent. If you do not agree to an update, you may stop using the Service and cancel or close your account as described in the Terms. Stopping use does not by itself create a refund.
16. YOUR CHOICES AND CONTROLS
In addition to the rights in Section 12, you can:
Edit your profile, photos, bio, website link, and some visibility settings in your account.
Mute @mention email or adjust notification preferences where those controls exist. Usage alerts, trial reminders, sign-up confirmations, renewal reminders, and billing emails are service messages and stay on while you have an account or trial.
Cancel a free trial or membership online at any time, as described in Section 4.5(e) of the Terms. If you cancel before your trial ends, you are not charged.
Hide your online and last-seen signal in Settings → Privacy (Show when I’m active). While it is on, we update a last-seen timestamp when you have the app open, but we show only coarse buckets, not an exact clock.
Turn One Brain on or off, choose whether to include the Messages you wrote, and view and delete what it has stored, in Settings.
Block or report other members or Content.
Deactivate your account when that control is available (see Section 9).
Unsubscribe from marketing email and manage cookies as described in Sections 8, 12, and 13.
Email [email protected] to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold, including videos or posts imported from YouTube, TikTok, or X.
Disconnect TikTok, YouTube, or X on the Import page. That clears the unsaved list. Saved copies stay until you delete them or ask us to delete them.
Some choices take time to move through caches, backups, and search indexes. Turning a setting off may limit a feature (for example signed-in checkout or notifications).
17. ENGLISH LANGUAGE
This Policy is written in English. If we later post a translation and there is a conflict, the English version controls. Headings are for reading only.
