  • Billing name, country, and payment-related details (card data is handled by the payment provider, not stored by us as full card numbers)

  • Content you post: videos, messages, comments, posts, files, and thumbnails
  • Support emails and form messages
  • Age or eligibility confirmations

  • App or membership usage (features used, logins, error logs)

  • Kajabi (accounts, purchases, emails, course/membership access)
  • Payment processors (payment success/failure, last4, card brand, chargebacks)
  • Analytics or ads tools if we enable them
  • If you sign in with a third party (Google, X, Apple, etc.), that provider may send us your name, email, and ID
2.4 AI features If you use Super Grok or any on-site AI widget, we collect the text (and any files) you submit and the model’s reply, plus technical logs needed to run and bill that feature.
3. How we use dataWe use personal data to:
  • Create and run your account and membership
  • Process payments, renewals, taxes, and no-refund / chargeback handling
  • Deliver Watch, Messages, Public Square, and AI features as they launch
  • Send transactional mail (receipts, login, security, launch access)
  • Send marketing mail only if you opt in or law allows (you can unsubscribe)
  • Moderate content, stop spam, fraud, and abuse
  • Improve the Service, fix bugs, and measure usage
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms
  • Provide customer support
Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR applies): contract (membership), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, limited analytics), consent (marketing cookies / optional AI where required), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, lawful requests).
4. Payments and Kajabi Checkout and membership hosting run on Kajabi and its payment partners (for example Stripe or Kajabi Payments).Those companies process:
  • Email and account
  • Purchase history
  • Payment tokens and billing status
Their privacy policies also apply when you check out. We do not store full credit-card numbers on UTelX servers.
5. AI / Super Grok Optional AI features may send your prompt to xAI or another model provider so a reply can be generated.Do not put secrets, card numbers, health data, or other people’s private data into the AI widget.Providers may process prompts to deliver the answer and, depending on their terms, for safety and abuse monitoring. We do not sell your chats as a standalone product. We may retain chats for a limited time for support, abuse review, and quality.AI output can be wrong. It is not professional advice.
6. Public and member content
  • Public Square posts and public profiles may be visible to other members or anyone on the internet.
  • Messages are intended for the people in that chat or channel, but we and our processors can access them when needed to operate, secure, or moderate the Service, or if required by law.
  • Video you upload may be processed (transcoded, stored, streamed) by hosting vendors.
Do not post personal data about others without a lawful reason.
7. When we share dataWe share data with:
  • Vendors who help us run the Service (Kajabi, hosting, email, CDN, video, analytics, customer support, AI APIs)
  • Payment and fraud providers
  • Professional advisers (accountant, lawyer) under confidentiality
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the Service
  • A buyer if UTelX is sold or merged (your data would transfer with the business)
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not rent your email list.Vendors may be in the United States or other countries. If you are in the EEA/UK, transfers rely on the vendor’s lawful transfer tools (for example standard contractual clauses) where required.
8. Cookies and similar techWe and our vendors use cookies, pixels, and local storage to:
  • Keep you logged in
  • Remember checkout and site settings
  • Measure traffic
  • Prevent fraud

  • AI chat logs: limited period unless needed for abuse or billing disputes
  • Marketing unsubscribe records: as long as needed to honor the opt-out
When we no longer need data, we delete or irreversibly anonymize it.
10. Security We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, access controls, vendor security). No method is 100% secure. You are responsible for your password and for what you post.
11. ChildrenThe Service is for adults 18+ (or the age of majority). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Your rightsDepending on where you live, you may have the right to:
  • Access a copy of your data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete data (subject to legal keep-periods and backup cycles)
